Women's self-defense at Ursuline School
We visited Ursuline and taught women's self defense to high school students and their parents in an interactive session, giving real world flavor to the process.

All Japan Aikido demomstration, Tokyo
A member of our dojo traveled to Japan with Larson Sensei and participated in the 62nd All Japan Aikido Demo, the international aikido equivalent of the Olympics
Safe falling class Saint Bart's school
We demonstrated aikido and taught the children safe falling to avoid injuries during sports.
Tai chi charitable class: Dana Farber for cancer research
The local office of CNG offered a tai chi class to their employees and payments were given to Dana Farber for cancer research.
Larson Sensei's 7th dan promotion demo, Minnesota
A group of members traveled to Minnesota for Inagaki Sensei's (8th dan, current head of Iwama dojo, student of the aikido founder and Saito Sensei) last US seminar where Larson Sensei demonstrated for his 7th dan promotion at his own dojo.
Self defense Mount Vernon school
We taught a self defense class at the Mount Vernon school district for the family and community engagement event.

At Mercy College, we demonstrated tai chi and aikido for S.P.E.A.K., a nonprofit focused on empowering the Asian American community's well being through education, advocacy, research, and services.
