Scarsdale Aikido is centrally located to serve the lower Westchester community. Roughly 2 blocks from the Scarsdale
train station, it is in the center of the White Plains, New Rochelle and Yonkers regions. As the southern most school of
Aikido in Westchester county, Scarsdale aikido is actually the best location for people in many areas of the Bronx.
Classes are held in the Total Fitness Center Gym located in the basement of 4 Gray Rock Rd, Scarsdale, NY, about 2
blocks from the Scarsdale train station for those who commute by train. In addition to the classes in Aikido, the Total
Fitness Center also offers classes on Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, etc.

Directions by Car:
Driving from either North or South, exit the Bronx Parkway at Harney Road (North of Leewood Dr and south of
Popham/Ardsley in Scarsdale) heading East. Turn left immediately at the first light (Garth Rd). Turn right at the
second stop sign (Gray Rock Road). Total Fitness Center is just around the corner on the right. However, please note
that you will find a sign for 4 Gray Rock Road as you progress down the hill. The dojo is located in the basement of
that building, so you must not enter there, but continue around the bend until you see the awning for the entrance
directly to the Total Fitness Center. Parking is available immediately (but beware of the parking signs as this area is
known as having a meter maid from the underworld, so to speak). You can park in the metered spaces after 6pm or
before 9am, even on Saturdays. More specific directions available from mapquest.

Brewster. Exit the train station on the opposite side from the town. Follow the circle to the road south, leading to the
traffic light. Continue straight south through the traffic light (Garth Rd). Turn left at the first stop sign (Gray Rock Rd).
The Total Fitness Center is just around the bend on your right.
