About the Classes: Yoga in White Plains - Westchester
Kim teaches classes based on the Atmananda Yoga Sequence as she learned it
from its creator. The sequence is a vinyasa style series of poses that will increase strength,
flexibility, and help to connect the student to their breathing. One's ability to "do the poses" is
not as important as just being fully in the present moment and being aware of the breath. Students
are encouraged to listen to their bodies with non-judgmental awareness, be kind to themselves, and
approach their yoga practice as a process of self-inquiry. Beginners are
welcome.
